HostRacer Refund & Policy

Introduction
These Refund & Policy guidelines outline the rules and regulations for the use of HostRacer.
Refund Terms
- If you want a refund, you must first provide us with a reason for your request.
- If there is a problem with our hosting or server, you will receive a 100% refund.
- Refund requests are eligible within seven days of purchase. After seven days, refunds are not available.
- To apply for a refund, you must report the issue. You will not be refunded simply by contacting our team to resolve the problem.
- Taxes are non-refundable.
- The refund policy is only applicable to new clients. Existing clients are not eligible for the seven-day money-back policy, even for additional orders.
- No refunds will be issued for hosting renewals.
- Data deletion due to user error is not our responsibility and is not eligible for a refund.
- Incorrect or non-licensed installations in the C-panel are not covered under the refund policy.
- If incorrect information is provided during registration, refunds will not be issued.
- To request a refund, you must open a ticket in the client area and explain the reason for your request.
- If your refund reason is deemed valid, you will receive your refund within 10 working days.
Domain Refunds
- Domain purchases are non-refundable.
- If a domain transfer occurs by mistake, a refund will be issued.
- Taxes are non-refundable.
